Shareholder security

Beware of unsolicited or suspicious calls and correspondence

Fraudsters use persuasive and high-pressure tactics to lure investors into scams, and sometimes they imply a connection to the company concerned. We advise shareholders to be wary of any unsolicited advice or offers, whether over the telephone, through the post or by email.

If you receive any such unsolicited communication please check the company or person contacting you is properly authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) before getting involved.

Please report calls from unauthorised firms to the FCA by calling 0800 111 6768, or by using the FCA's share fraud reporting form.

For more information visit the FCA website or read the FCA's 'Beware of share fraud' leaflet below.

Landsec will never contact its shareholders directly to provide recommendation or advice regarding your shareholding and neither does it appoint third parties to do so.

If you do receive unsolicited investment advice, you can also contact Landsec’s Registrars, Equiniti, on 0371 384 2128 (UK residents) or +44 (0) 121 415 7049 (if calling from outside the UK) for further assistance.
