As a business, sustainability is hugely important to us to ensure we have a long-term positive impact on the communities where we operate. One of the ways we do this is through our volunteering programme as part of our target to create £25m of social value by 2025.
We have a generous volunteering policy to encourage all Landsec employees to give their time, skills and expertise. Our volunteers get involved with everything from mentoring students, to supporting people in prison with their employability skills and giving pro-bono advice to charities.
