Kate Seller

Kate has over 25 years multi sector international HR experience, including an early career spent in Retail,  and then 10 years in a variety of global HR roles at Experian plc, including 3 years spent in Singapore as the Asia Pacific HR Director. More recently she held the role of Group People Director at HomeServe plc, a founder led FTSE 250 home repair and improvement organisation consisting of a portfolio of companies globally, including CheckaTrade in the UK.

Kate brings a passion for developing the capability of organisations, and has extensive experience of building energising, sustainable & inclusive cultures in which great people thrive.

Kate is a Non-executive Director on the Board of Real Estate Balance, an organisation dedicated to accelerating equity, diversity and inclusion in UK real estate and its associated sectors with a particular focus on gender, ethnicity and social mobility.
