Reverse mentoring for an inclusive future
Earlier this year, nine executive leadership team members (ELT) were each paired with a more junior colleague for a six-month reverse mentoring opportunity.
123 Victoria Street is a mixed-use office and retail destination at the heart of Victoria, within easy walking distance of multiple transportation options.
A 2012 refurbishment involved in-depth consultations with the surrounding community, resulting in the property as it exists today. The makeover of the 1977 building allowed its original architecture to shine by enhancing its place in the streetscape – a brighter, reflective façade, and a new roof was added.
Some floors include terraces, enabling customers to take a break from work and enjoy a relaxing lunch in the sun with views across the city. Ground-floor shops also provide a chance to enjoy some after-work retail therapy.
123 Victoria Street is environmentally-minded, achieving a BREAAM ‘Very Good’ rating. Not only is 100% of electricity derived from renewable sources, 100% of waste is also diverted from landfill.
The building has been built with tenants in mind, encouraging everyone to get to and from work a little more sustainably – with more than 25 bike racks and even a cycle repair station for deflated days.
