We’ve listened to our customers, and we know how important it is to create a work environment that is infused with natural light, space and plants, helping improve concentration, mental health and more. n2 features a biodiversity net gain from a green roof, green wall, column planting and nesting boxes dotted throughout the building.
That’s not all – environmental impact is lessened through low water use fixtures and fittings resulting in a reduction in water use, and on-site waste sorting and recycling means that 100% of waste is diverted from landfill. A central energy centre also provides low carbon heating and cooling.
