Sustainability
We're working to enhance the health of our environment and improve quality of life for our people, customers and communities - now, and for future generations.
Landsec Futures
Landsec Futures is a £20m fund that aims to deliver around £200m of social value by 2030, supporting at least 30,000 people from underrepresented socio-economic backgrounds towards long-term employment. It will also provide the chance to increase the diversity of talent across the industry and in our business.
We are working to Let Nature In
We’re letting nature into the design, development, and management of our spaces. We’re improving biodiversity; promoting health, wellbeing and community engagement by creating green spaces; and creating nature-based solutions to mitigate and adapt to climate change.

Reverse mentoring for an inclusive future
Earlier this year, nine executive leadership team members (ELT) were each paired with a more junior colleague for a six-month reverse mentoring opportunity.
20 Eastbourne Terrace is an award-winning, glass-fronted development filled with 17 storeys of creative workspaces.
The Grade A space contains flexible floorplates, and each floor is flooded with natural light – making it the perfect environment to foster concentration. An open, welcoming business lounge and the communal roof terrace offers breath-taking views across north-west London, inspiring creative thoughts and impressing clients.
There’s also a café modelled on the one in our own London offices at Cardinal Place. Spaces like this are perfect for collaborating and building a community through a flexible working environment.
The location of 20 Eastbourne Terrace is second to none, with its entrance directly opposite the entrance to the Elizabeth Line – speeding its passengers to Heathrow in 25 minutes and Canary Wharf in 17 minutes. There are also four London Underground lines and National Rail links, making commuting a breeze.
On its doorstep is a wealth of restaurants and bars, while nearby Little Venice is a popular retail hub and perfect for a lunchtime stroll.
We don’t currently have any space available at 20 Eastbourne Terrace, but we do have Blank Canvas Grade A office space available on level 4 at 30 Eastbourne Terrace. Find out more [link].
20 Eastbourne Terrace won the Refurbished/Recycled workplace category in the prestigious British Council for Offices (BCO) London Awards 2017.
The building’s ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating is due partly to the solar panels on the façade that have the capacity to generate up to 58,000 kWh of power each year. We’ve also used chilled beam air conditioning, which is energy-efficient and quiet.
The East-West Cycle Superhighway runs just behind Eastbourne Terrace too. There’s space to park 289 bikes, as well as showers and changing facilities.
