Reverse mentoring for an inclusive future
Earlier this year, nine executive leadership team members (ELT) were each paired with a more junior colleague for a six-month reverse mentoring opportunity.

We’ve been working with the community in Lewisham to bring our community charter to life - from collaborating with local designers to shape the plans for our new centre for Lewisham, to hosting women-only physical activity sessions at the CommUNITY space.
