Reverse mentoring for an inclusive future
Earlier this year, nine executive leadership team members (ELT) were each paired with a more junior colleague for a six-month reverse mentoring opportunity.
The board has appointed the Baroness Casey of Blackstock as an Independent Non-executive Director with effect from 1 January 2025. The Baroness Casey of Blackstock is an independent advisor for social issues, Chair of the Institute for Global Homelessness, and Visiting Professor at King’s College London.
Baroness Casey became a Cross bench peer in the House of Lords in September 2021, and is a former British government official, working on issues relating to social welfare for five Prime Ministers over the last 23 years. She started her career in the social welfare sector and was deputy director of Shelter, the homelessness charity, from 1992 to 1999. Baroness Casey is also involved in many charities, including as a trustee of the King Charles III Charitable Fund.
