Reverse mentoring for an inclusive future
Earlier this year, nine executive leadership team members (ELT) were each paired with a more junior colleague for a six-month reverse mentoring opportunity.
Chris leads the Corporate Affairs team at Landsec, overseeing corporate communications, corporate brand, digital communications, internal communications and public affairs.
His primary focus is building Landsec’s reputation to unlock barriers to growth.
Chris joined from Portland Communications where he was a senior partner, leading its local engagement and real estate specialism as well as jointly leading the agency’s flagship corporate practice.
He has over twenty years’ experience working in communications roles across a range of sectors, including within local government.
