Reverse mentoring for an inclusive future
Earlier this year, nine executive leadership team members (ELT) were each paired with a more junior colleague for a six-month reverse mentoring opportunity.
Marcus Geddes is a qualified chartered surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the central London market. A Cambridge Land Economy graduate, he qualified and spent 13 years at Savills before joining Landsec in 2011. As Managing Director he has responsibility for the performance of our Central London portfolio and executing Group investment acquisitions and disposals.
Marcus is a Board member of the Westminster Property Association.
