Reverse mentoring for an inclusive future
Earlier this year, nine executive leadership team members (ELT) were each paired with a more junior colleague for a six-month reverse mentoring opportunity.

We are proud of our leading position on sustainability and are extremely keen to collaborate with our supply chain which is why we created the Landsec Supply Chain commitment which seeks to provide clarity on what we expect from our supply chain in order for us to work together, this is a prerequisite of us doing business. Landsec is an approved signatory of the Construction Supply Chain Payment Charter as well as the Prompt Payment Code.
