Reverse mentoring for an inclusive future
Earlier this year, nine executive leadership team members (ELT) were each paired with a more junior colleague for a six-month reverse mentoring opportunity.

We’ve listened to our customers’ thoughts on how important it is to create a workplace environment that features art and greenery – it’s proven to boost health, productivity and creativity.
