As part of Landsec Futures, our £20 million social impact fund committed to enhancing social mobility in the real estate industry, Junction 32 will deliver direct support for local employability charities including Ahead Partnership and providing unrestricted community grants for local charities.
Since 2019, our work with Junction 32 has created £90,000 of social value in the Castleford, Wakefield and Leeds area, and supported 444 people facing skills challenges to enter employment.
In terms of environmental impact, Junction 32 has achieved an energy intensity reduction of 28% since 2019 as part of our net zero transition investment plan.
We know how important it is to harmonise fantastic retail experiences with environmental sustainability and we continue to concentrate on minimising our environmental impacts.
